Creatine monohydrate and gummies aren’t natural best friends. Heat, moisture and acidic conditions can accelerate the conversion of creatine into creatinine. That means the manufacturing process, pH and water activity all matter.

I used to hate creatine gummies. Wild Gainz completely changed my mind!
I’ll be completely honest: I used to hate creatine gummies. Convenience sounds great, but if the product doesn’t actually contain the creatine you’re paying for, what’s the point? Independent testing has found some creatine gummies with little to no detectable creatine, so I had a real reason to be skeptical.
Wild Gainz is the exception for me, and a huge part of that comes down to the testing and transparency. They publish batch-specific Eurofins potency results, with their listed lemon and strawberry results exceeding the labeled 5 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving. Seeing actual results showing the creatine content gives me considerably more confidence in what I’m taking. That level of transparency deserves serious credit.
The flavors are fantastic, too! Wild Peach is my favorite. It tastes amazing and reminds me of peach rings! Such a great new addition to the lineup, and a flavor that makes taking these gummies really enjoyable.
The strawberry is also delicious. It’s sweet without being overly sweet, and something I actually enjoy eating. The lemon flavor tastes amazing as well! There are multiple flavors here that I’m genuinely excited about, which I never expected to say about creatine gummies.
I also consider the added sugar in the lemon version a plus. There’s research supporting carbohydrate intake alongside creatine for increased retention, which interests me, although that doesn’t establish an extra benefit from the amount of sugar in these particular gummies. Either way, I really enjoy the lemon flavor and its sweetness.
The convenience is another big positive. No scoop, no mixing, and no shaker needed. They’re easy to take along when traveling or having a busy day, and I appreciate how simple the gummy format makes everything.
What really won me over is the combination of enjoyable flavors and publicly available potency testing. Taste matters, but knowing a brand is willing to show actual test results matters even more to me.

A couple of things worth knowing about creatine:
1. Some people respond better to more. 5g is the standard dose used in most studies, and it works for most people. Some research has looked at higher doses for larger muscular guys, so it may be worth talking to your doctor about whether more makes sense for you.

Fantastic gummies. I've tried four different brands and these are absolutely the best I've had so far tastewise. They don't have that chalky flavor to them at all and after about a week of them I'm noticing some improvements with my energy levels and my lifts.
I was not pleased with the sugar alcohols in this product along with the natural flavoring additive. I should have done a better job at reading this ingredients before purchasing. I will need to begin a return process.
