How many creatine gummies should I take?
Your target is 5 grams of creatine a day, the dose used in most creatine research.
- Lemon Burst: 5 gummies = 5g
- Wild Strawberry: 4 gummies = 5g
- Wild Peach: 4 gummies = 5g
Same daily dose, different gummy counts. Every flavor is a full 5g serving and consistency matters more than timing.
How much creatine is in each gummy?
Lemon Burst holds 1g of creatine monohydrate per gummy. Our sugar-free flavors, Wild Strawberry and Wild Peach, hold 1.25g per gummy.
Every flavor delivers a full 5g per serving, and we publish the lab result for every batch in our lab results portal.
Why do the sugar-free gummies have more creatine per gummy?
Sugar takes up space. Take it out and there's more room for creatine, so Wild Strawberry and Wild Peach fit 1.25g into each gummy instead of 1g.
That's the only reason a sugar-free serving is 4 gummies and Lemon Burst is 5. The daily dose is identical.
When should I take my creatine gummies?
Any time of day. Creatine works by building up in your muscles over time, so the best time is the time you'll actually stick to.
Most customers take them:
- In the morning with breakfast
- Before or after training
- Split through the day, often after meals to kill a sweet craving
Splitting your dose is perfectly fine, and it helps if you're sensitive to digestion.
How long will one bag last?
One bag is 30 servings, so a month at 5g a day.
Taking 10g a day, or sharing with a partner? Choose Double Up or Share and your order doubles to two bags a month. A subscription is the easiest way to never run out.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. A loading phase (around 20g a day for a week) fills your muscles faster, but 5g a day gets you to the same place in about 3 to 4 weeks, without the bloating people report on high doses.
Take your daily serving and stay consistent. That's the whole protocol.
Do I need to cycle creatine?
No. Creatine does not need cycling.
Creatine monohydrate is safe for long-term daily use when taken as directed, so you can take it year-round. The only thing that hurts your results is skipping days.
How should I store my creatine gummies?
Keep them in their bag, out of direct sunlight, and reseal the bag after every use.
Heat, light and moisture break creatine down over time. The resealable bag is what keeps every serving at full strength until the last gummy.
Flavors and ingredients
What flavors do you have?
Three, and all of them are 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving:
- Lemon Burst — The Original. Sweetened with sugar. 5 gummies per serving, 150 per bag.
- Wild Strawberry — sugar-free. 4 gummies per serving, 120 per bag.
- Wild Peach — sugar-free. 4 gummies per serving, 120 per bag.
You can mix flavors in the same order, and swap them on a subscription whenever you like.
Do the gummies taste good?
Yes, and that's not marketing fluff. They're soft and chewy, with no bitter or chalky aftertaste and nothing like powder mixed in water.
Most customers say they taste more like candy than a supplement, which is exactly why they remember to take them.
Are Wild Gainz gummies vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. Every flavor is vegan and pectin-based, so there's no gelatin or anything animal-derived. They're also:
- Gluten-free
- Non-GMO
- Free from artificial colors and flavors
Wild Strawberry and Wild Peach are sugar-free, sweetened with sugar alcohols and stevia instead of sugar. As with any sugar-free candy, eating well past your daily serving can upset your stomach.
Creatine and results
What is creatine monohydrate?
Creatine bound to a single molecule of water, and the form used in the vast majority of creatine research.
Your body makes some creatine and gets a little from meat and fish. Taking 5g a day tops up the creatine stored in your muscles, so they can regenerate energy (ATP) faster during hard efforts like lifting and sprinting. It's the only form of creatine we use.
New to it? Start with what creatine gummies actually do, and note that creatine is not the same thing as creatinine.
When will I start seeing results?
Most people notice better training performance in the first 1 to 2 weeks. Your muscles reach full creatine saturation at around 3 to 4 weeks of daily use at 5g, and strength, recovery and muscle fullness build from there.
Results depend on training, diet, hydration and consistency. See what to expect week by week and real creatine before and after results.
Can I take Wild Gainz without working out?
Yes, but training is what amplifies it.
Creatine supports muscle energy, strength output and cellular hydration, and there's a growing body of research on its role in cognitive support. Pair it with resistance training and you'll get far more out of it.
Can I take creatine with other supplements?
Yes. Creatine stacks fine with protein, electrolytes and pre-workout, caffeine included. Just stay hydrated.

Safety
Is creatine safe?
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements in the world, with hundreds of peer-reviewed studies supporting safe, long-term daily use in healthy adults.
Ours is made in the USA in an NSF-certified, FDA-registered facility, and every batch is third-party tested. If you're pregnant, nursing, or have a kidney condition, check with your doctor first.
Is creatine safe for teens?
The research is reassuring, but this is a call for a parent and a doctor to make, not a supplement brand.
The International Society of Sports Nutrition's position stand states:
"If proper precautions and supervision are provided, creatine monohydrate supplementation in children and adolescent athletes is acceptable and may provide a nutritional alternative with a favorable safety profile to potentially dangerous anabolic androgenic drugs." Kreider RB et al., Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, 2017;14:18
A review looking specifically at young athletes reported:
"There is also strong support for creatine regarding its safety profile and minimal risk for adverse events or any negative influence on markers of clinical health and safety." Jagim AR et al., Frontiers in Nutrition, 2018;5:115
The American Academy of Pediatrics takes a more cautious line and discourages performance supplements for under-18s, largely because long-term studies in that age group are limited.
Our position: Wild Gainz is sold for adults. If you're under 18, talk to your parents and your doctor first. More in our guide to creatine under 18.

Will creatine cause bloating or water retention?
Creatine pulls water into your muscle cells, not under your skin.
At 5g a day, most people report no bloating at all, or mild fullness in the first week. It's mostly reported during high-dose loading, which our serving doesn't require. If you're sensitive, start with 3 gummies a day and build up.
Can women take creatine?
Absolutely. Creatine is not a hormone and it does not cause bulk.
Women take it for strength, muscle tone, training performance and cognitive support, and the dose is the same 5g a day. See creatine gummies for women.
Is Wild Gainz suitable for beginners?
Yes. Creatine is one of the few supplements that works for almost everyone, whether you're new to the gym, training casually, or lifting seriously.
No loading, no timing rules, no shaker. If you're new to creatine, gummies are the easiest way to stay consistent.
Quality and testing
What makes Wild Gainz different from other creatine gummies?
Three things that actually matter:
- A real dose — 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, not a token amount.
- Made in the USA — in an NSF-certified, FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facility.
- Third-party tested — every batch checked at Eurofins, with the results published.
Independent testing keeps finding creatine gummies that miss their label claim. We compared 7 popular brands on exactly that.
Is this tested for quality?
Yes, every batch. We send samples to Eurofins, an independent lab, and publish the report.
Our July 2026 batches measured 5.84g per serving in Lemon Burst and 5.79g in Wild Strawberry, against a 5g label claim. Wild Peach's first report is on its way.
We add a small overage because creatine breaks down slowly over time, so every serving still delivers its full 5g. Browse every batch result.
