Refund policy
First Bag Guarantee
Try us with confidence. If your first bag doesn't agree with you for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the cost of one bag. No need to send anything back, keep it or pass it on to a friend or training partner.
This guarantee is valid for first-time customers only. It applies to your first order with Wild Gainz, one refund per customer, and is not available on repeat orders. For multi-bag orders, the guarantee covers up to one bag's value, the remaining bags are not eligible for refund under this guarantee.
To claim the First Bag Guarantee, contact us at hello@getwildgainz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
Keep the Product, Get Refunded
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returned product. Once a bag has left our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions, temperature exposure, or product integrity, and we will never resell returned product. This applies to both opened and unopened bags.
If a bag doesn't work for you, please don't ship it back. Contact us at hello@getwildgainz.com and we'll handle it under our First Bag Guarantee or Damages and Issues policy, whichever applies. We always encourage passing the product on to a friend, training partner, or family member who might enjoy it. It's a great way to share Wild Gainz with someone new and make sure the gummies end up in good hands.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate. No return required.
Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Orders beyond 30 days from delivery
- Repeat orders (the First Bag Guarantee applies to first-time customers only)
- Bags beyond the First Bag Guarantee allowance on multi-bag orders
- Product purchased on sale or with a discount code greater than 20%
- Gift cards
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@getwildgainz.com.
