Keep the Product, Get Refunded
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returned product. Once a bag has left our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions, temperature exposure, or product integrity, and we will never resell returned product. This applies to both opened and unopened bags.
If a bag doesn't work for you, please don't ship it back. Contact us at hello@getwildgainz.com and we'll handle it under our First Bag Guarantee or Damages and Issues policy, whichever applies. We always encourage passing the product on to a friend, training partner, or family member who might enjoy it. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate. No return required.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
How Bloom positions its creatine gummies
Bloom describes the gummies as "an essential in every woman's wellness routine" and sells them the way it sells its greens: a friendly brand, a low entry price, a three-gummy serving, and distribution through Walmart, Sam's Club and TikTok Shop as well as its own site. For someone who wants to try creatine without committing to a 30-day bag, a $19.99 pouch is an easy first step.
Bloom's label lists the full 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving, the dose used in most of the research. On dose as labelled, Bloom and Wild Gainz are the same.
About testing and the measured dose
Creatine gummies have a known problem: creatine breaks down into creatinine in a wet, acidic gummy, so what the label says and what is in the gummy months later can differ. Independent testing of the category in 2025 found several gummy products delivering well under their labelled dose. Bloom was not tested.
Bloom's product page, as of 5 October 2026, carries no testing statement and no published results. Its FAQ says products are "rigorously tested" and made in a cGMP facility, but names no laboratory, shows no certificate, and doesn't clearly say which country the gummies are made in. Independent reviewers have noted the same gap. That does not mean the dose is wrong. It means you cannot check it.
